This clip from the Albert Ellis documentary features the founder of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (and, by extension, cognitive-behavioral therapy) speaking at the Evolution of Psychotherapy Conference in Anaheim, California in December 2005. Many of his ideas are presented here, with his wife Debbie Joffe at his side.
